Guided by the seasons and close relationships with local farmers, our vegetable-forward menu changes throughout the year, following the rhythm of the land.

Chef Zizi​

Native Spaniard and daughter of Moroccan immigrants, Zizi grew up in Costa Brava. Formerly an engineer, she changed career to follow her passion. Her cuisine is a reflection of her life journey.

Our Farmers​
We partner closely with a few local farmers. They ultimately dictate which products will be use for our menu, thus becoming an integer part of the experience.
